Sending the gift card
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive your digital gift card within 48 hours. It can be printed out or used directly online.

Where can the gift card be used?
The gift card is valid across the entire smc-parts.fr website, including items on sale.

Code validity
The gift card has no expiration date. However, the associated code remains active for 1 year from the date the digital card is sent.
Once this period has passed, you simply need to provide us with your invoice to receive a new code of the same amount free of charge.

Purchasing with a promo code
If a discount code is used when purchasing a gift card, the credited amount will correspond to the price actually paid.
Example: a €100 card purchased with a 10% discount will result in a card with a value of €90.

Right of withdrawal
As provided by European regulations, you have 14 days to request a full refund at no extra cost.
Beyond this period, the card remains usable without limit, in accordance with point 3.
